Ms. Le Thi Hoai Giang

Ms. Le Thi Hoai Giang graduated Ha Noi University of Law with a Bachelor of Law in 1999 and became a Le Nguyen’s member.

For more than 20 years, with a passion for a career in law, Ms. Giang has accumulated significant expertise and experience particularly in dispute resolution and litigation. She has acted as a litigant lawyer and involved in many complex disputes relating to civil and commercial transactions such as properties, real estate, company management rights of shareholders, marriage and family disputes, labor disputes, etc. at all presiding litigation authorities such as Court, Arbitration, and conducting complaints and appeallate procedures at competent authorities.

In her litigation practice, Ms. Hoai Giang handled a variety of well–known cases including advising on and representing Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group in disputes with the People’s Committee of Lam Dong province; Advising on and defense Phu My Hung in mortgage contract and land leasing contract; Advising on and defense legitimate rights and benefits for shareholders of Gia Dinh Textile & Garment Corporation in company governance and management rights in Bach Tuyet Cotton Corporation etc.

In addition, Ms. Giang has years of professional experience in providing legal guidance in relation to investment projects, contracts, civil cases and other commercial matters. As deputy managing director of Le Nguyen Law Firm, Ms. Giang is currently responsible for leadership, management, and mentorship for a team of young, talented, and qualified attorneys.
