With a stable political environment and its economic potential, Viet Nam is an attractive destination for foreign investors.<\/p>\n<p>The Vietnamese Government has been endeavoring to create a favorable investment environment by continuing to complete Viet Nam\u2019s legal system and introducing important incentives for foreign investors.<\/p>\n<p>To provide an overview of the investment environment in Viet Nam, Le Nguyen has compiled and issued this Guidelines.\u00a0The information in this Guidelines is based on current regulations and practice as at 01 November 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The Guidelines are divided into five sections to provide foreign investors with an overview of Viet Nam including its social, economic and investment environment.
