Ms. Pham Anh Duong

Ms. Pham Anh Duong graduated with a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Laws majoring in Economic Law from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She became Le Nguyen’s member in her Sophomore year after winning the contest “Trading Competition 2012”.

With a solid foundation of legal knowledge and accumulated experience, Ms. Anh Duong provides in-depth consultation on issues related to corporate governance, investment projects, and civil and commercial contracts. Ms. Anh Duong has supported and advised clients operating in a variety of industries, from trading companies, manufacturing companies to construction, real estate, pharmaceuticals, especially public companies and foreign-invested companies.

In the litigation – dispute resolution area, Ms. Anh Duong has frequently acted as an authorized representative of clients in settlement negotiation, advised and prepared claims, defended the legitimate rights and interests of both local and overseas clients at the Courts and Arbitrations.
