Ms. Vo Thi Minh An

After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2007, Ms. Minh An continued to take part in the lawyer training course at the Judicial Institute and obtained her lawyer practicing certificate in 2010.

Prior to being a member of Le Nguyen, Ms. An worked as a legal adviser at Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) for four years, and these experiences have given her the essential skills and knowledge to practice law at a professional level.

With almost 15 years of practicing law, Ms. Minh An is currently the Managing Director of Da Nang Branch, she leads the Branch Office and directly provides legal advice on Law on Enterprises, Commercial, Investment, etc. Ms. An also supports foreign clients in directly building up and expanding their presence in Vietnam by establishing Foreign Invested Enterprises. Additionally, she provides advice on a continual, long-term basis for many clients in connection to their legal and corporate matters. Specifically, Ms. Minh An represented and provided counseling, legal assistance and dispute resolution for many leading companies in Vietnam such as Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group, Sapporo Vietnam Ltd, Crowne Vietnam Group, Khang Thong Group, Thien Kim Joint Stock Company, Bersa Vietnam Group, Logo Vietnam Company, Colgate Palmolive Company, Petec Trading and Investment Corporation (PETEC), China Everbright International Limited (Hong Kong), Premo Vietnam Company Limited, etc.
