Ms. Vo Thi Thu Trang

After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2008, Ms. Thu Trang completed the lawyer training course at the Judicial Institute and obtained her practicing certificate.

Ms. Thu Trang has more than 15 years of experience working in dispute resolution and litigation at both the Court and Arbitration Centre, especially disputes in business and commercial, labor, civil, marriage and family matters with foreign elements. Ms. Thu Trang involves in the course of dispute resolution from the negotiation stage, preparation of claims and judicial procedures protect the rights and interests of our clients. In addition, Ms. Thu Trang also participates as a defense lawyer for suspects, defendants, and victims of crime during the stage of investigation, prosecution and adjudication.

In her consultation practice, Ms. Thu Trang specializes in providing advice on a continual, long-term basis to ensure compliance with laws for many foreign direct investment companies operating in industries such as import-export, manufacture and trading of veterinary medicine, pharmaceutical products business, beer distribution and supply, real estate investment business. In addition, Ms. Thu Trang can also advise and draft a variety of contracts, negotiate and finalise contracts, and advise on termination of labor contracts in accordance with law.
