On 11 December 2025, the National Assembly promulgated the Law on Investment No. 143/2025/QH15, which will take effect from 1 March 2026. Notably, Article 7 and the List of Conditional Business Investment Sectors and Trades set out in Appendix IV will take effect from 1 July 2026. The new Law introduces a number of important amendments and supplements, including several notable changes affecting foreign investors.
