On 11 December 2025, the National Assembly promulgated the Law on Investment No. 143/2025/QH15, which will take effect from 1 March 2026. In particular, Article 7 and the list of conditional business investment sectors and trades prescribed in Appendix IV will take effect from 1 July 2026. The new law introduces various important amendments and supplements, including several noteworthy provisions relating to investment projects.
