Vietnam Law on Enterprise No. 68/2014/QH13 was adopted on November 26, 2014 and takes effect from the first of July 2015, replaces Law on Enterprise No. 60/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 and Law No. 37/2013/QH13 dated June 20, 2013 amending and supplementing Article 170 of the Law on enterprise.
